These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Bharat Automotive, 7, J.K. Estate, Near Signature-2, Sarkhej Sanand Road, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad – 382210, Gujarat.

Products and prices

• All parts are genuine and sold in their original manufacturer packaging. Manufacturer warranty, where offered, applies as per the manufacturer’s terms.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery charges, discounts and the total are shown in the cart before you order.
• The “Fits” list is a guide based on manufacturer catalogues. Please check the part number for your exact model and year, or WhatsApp us before ordering – we are happy to check.

Your order

• Your order is confirmed once we receive the UPI payment or the ₹100 advance for cash on delivery. You get a GST bill for every confirmed order.
• If a part goes out of stock or a price is shown wrongly, we will contact you; you can choose to cancel and get a full refund.
• Offers such as the first-order discount and the UPI discount are applied automatically and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Liability

Parts should be fitted by a qualified mechanic. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
