Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order, and we never sell your details.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, delivery address and PIN code – to deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Email and GSTIN, only if you give them – for an emailed receipt and a GST bill in your business name.
• The UPI reference you type, to match your payment.
• Your cart while you shop, kept in a small cookie on your device.
• The Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel: when you arrive from one of our Instagram or Facebook ads, it tells Meta which pages you viewed and whether you placed an order, so we can measure and improve our ads. It doesn’t share your name, phone or address with Meta. You can limit this in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack, deliver and bill your order, and to answer your questions.
• To send order updates on WhatsApp. If you tick “Send me order updates on WhatsApp”, we may also remind you once about an unfinished order. Reply STOP any time and we stop.

Who we share it with

• The courier company, so they can deliver your parcel.
• Our WhatsApp and email service providers, only to send your messages.
• Government or tax authorities when the law requires it (for example GST records).

How long we keep it

Order and bill details are kept for as long as tax laws require. You can ask us to correct your details, or to delete them where the law allows – WhatsApp or email us.
